School closing ceremony for Ogden Elementary School

Current and former students, parents, staff members, administrators and community members will say goodbye to the school, which has served the Ogden community for 46 years. Ogden photos and memorabilia will be on display in the media center. There is no formal closing program.

Current Ogden students and staff members will start the 2019-20 school year in their new school, located nearby on the same site. King staff and students will move into the vacated Ogden building for one year while their new school is under construction. The new Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School will open in the fall of 2020.
